TWO PEARS

From the time you walk through the
door Coco and her staff greet you
like a part of their family; letting
everyone know that they are glad
you have have come to sup with
them. Very pleasant atmosphere,
relaxing tan and green de'cor with
paintings on the walls, a mural of
entwined pears over the serving area
and best of all are the down home
recipes of the owners. Bow tie pasta
with sun dried tomatoes is this
individual's favorite followed by spinach
lasagna. Also available are daily specials not necessarily listed on the
menu. Save room for apple/raisin pie! DELICIOUS (Three Stars)

GHOSTS OF KENSINGTON

I sense them in the clouds, feel in my bones a restless, ceaseless
wondering of discontent; who are
they; what do they want with us?
Justice as yet not righteously served or release from pain of being
unfulfilled in earthly life . . .
perhaps being jilted by an unfaithful
lover, loss of freedom or perhaps
a crop ruined by hail. They aimlessly
wonder this day to discover those
things which they never had or
were denied; only your Divine
creator can grant these past failures
which so distrerss you this day.
Lean always firmly in the Divine
providence which gave you life
from the start! Take your rest now
and depart!!!

KENSINGTON 911 MEMORIAL

I sit this hot day of rememberance
on sacred, hallowed ground
silently and with reverence recalling
the selfless sacrifice of those who for others gave their own lives to
ensure liberty and spiritual rebirth
for our nation. At my feet were bricks
given to honor; bravery and decication to all who at our darkest
hour shone the Light of Eternal peace. A twisted steel beam from the
World Trade Center stands undaunted, symbolic of enduring of
Love over hate. Charred from the
heat of jet fuel a chunk of concrete
taken from the impact zone at
the Pentagon speaks loudly that love
will never be snuffed out by hate!
Everywhere at this memorial are flags,
bright flowers reminding me
of Holy Love; and above all
forgiveness!
