The 8th annual Kensington Day of the Book Festival will be held on Sunday, April 21, 2013, from 11am-4pm along Howard Avenue in Old Town Kensington.  

This afternoon street festival celebrates the International Day of the Book with live music, author readings, open mic, activities for children and adults, storytellers, a scavenger hunt, and much more!! Local authors, bookartists, publishers, booksellers, literary and community groups line Howard Ave to show, sell, and discuss their works. All activities are free, rain or shine.
