Glad to get your input C. I actually ate there again last weekend. The food was good, but I still waited more than 10 minutes before I just got up and asked the mgr for a menu. The new mgr was great, though. Very nice.

Hi Marilyn, Volterra is aiming for "fall" without a specific date released. In my experience, restaurants rarely open on time, so a specific date wouldn't mean too much at this point. I can't wait either! It will be a nice addition to downtown Kirkland.

Lara--you can definitely use your pumpkin. Once you roast and mash it, one cup is exactly the same as one cup of canned. Thanks for the comment!
