Ian Nigh, Neighbor

Ian is the owner and head trainer at Rock Creek CrossFit, Kensington's own functional fitness strength and conditioning facility.

Ian has been invovled in mixed martial arts from a young age, and fought for the Pancrase promotion in Japan until 2006. After an injury forced him out of the sport he started to seriously reevaluate his approach to physical training. Luckily he found CrossFit, which has allowed him to get into the best shape of his life and led him to his tue passion: teaching movement to others!
