Kensington Woman Killed in Tuesday Crash on Southbound I-95
The crash occurred near the exit to the Fairfax County Parkway.
Lorton Patch reports that Virginia State Police identified Ellen S. Linder, 65, of Kensington, as the driver whose mini-van rear-ended a flatbed truck in an early morning crash Tuesday on southbound Interstate 95 near the Fairfax County Parkway exit.
