Vision For Little Falls Townhome Community Takes Shape

Developer releases renderings of 30-townhome community on former Betco site, Bethesda Now reports.

A developer has revealed renderings of a planned townhome community on the former Betco site near Little Falls Parkway, Bethesda Now reports. Bethesda-based EYA described the vision for a 30-townhome development, dubbed "Little Falls Place," in a Thursday news release.  EYA calls the community "modern" and "urban" with "walls of glass to capture the scenic views of the parkland and Capital Crescent Trail." Little Falls Place will include "expansive outdoor spaces" complete with rear yards, balconies, and rooftop terraces with outdoor kitchens and fireplaces, according to the statement.
