Bethesda-based restaurant chainlet the Brown Bag is taking its lunch offerings to the streets. The Brown Bag's new food truck debuted on Woodmont today, offering up hot lunch options to patrons shivering in today's frigid temperatures. Each day, the truck will offer up four different grilled paninis, two soups and three salads, according to Food Truck Fiesta. The Brown Bag opened a storefront location in Bethesda in 2002 and has quickly expanded throughout the Washington, D.C. region. The chain now boasts five locations in Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia, including the Bethesda location. Last year, Brown Bag took over concessions at Glen Echo Park.
