Suburban Hospital Names New President

Gene E. Green will take the helm of the Bethesda hospital after nearly a decade at Johns Hopkins Community Physicians.

Bethesda’s Suburban Hospital has named Gene E. Green as the facility’s new president. He will succeed Brian Gragnolati as president of the hospital, which is a member of Johns Hopkins medicine. Green is a medical doctor and the current chief medical officer for Johns Hopkins Community Physicians, a 400-provider group practice with 37 sites throughout the Maryland and Washington, DC, regions. Suburban officials touted Green’s work at Johns Hopkins Community Physicians, where they say he improved operating performance and increased patient, employee and physician satisfaction.
