Montgomery County police have released the latest crime report for the Fourth District, from Jan. 28 - Feb. 5. The list published here is not comprehensive, but rather selects incidents that occurred in or near Wheaton and Kensington. A residential burglary occurred in the 600 block of Winona Court in the Kemp Mill area of Silver Spring on Thursday, Jan. 31, between 8 a.m. and 6:25 p.m. Forced entry. Property taken.
