A collection of food trucks in Montgomery County organized a collective website, www.mocofoodtrucks.com.
The grown-up lunch line nowadays is just as likely to be outside, on the corner of a busy intersection, as it is inside of a strip mall restaurant. It's been that way for years now, and while residents and workers in places crowded with food trucks may enjoy the variety and speed of mobile food offerings, keeping up with what's available and when can be a challenge. They also need to have their food service handlers license, and, they have to either have an approved restaurant to prepare their food, or an approved …   more ›
