Casino-Themed Fundraiser Draws Donations for Childhood Brain Cancer Research

Supporters of The Childhood Brain Tumor Foundation placed their bets and rolled the dice at the organization's annual casino-themed fundraiser Saturday night. The Casino Gala Party drew more than 150 attendants and foundation directors said they expected the event to bring in around $40,000 in donations. Created in 1994, the Childhood Brain Foundation Tumor Foundation is a nation-wide support group that funds scientific research for brain cancer treatment and raises awareness about the disease.
