Rock Creek Crossfit is a fitness training center that specializes in the CrossFit program. The skills focused on in the classes here are stamina, power, speed, coordination, cardio endurance, strength, speed, balance and accuracy. Class sizes are limited to 15 people per session ensuring hands on coaching availability for each client. Most workouts are around 45 minutes in length. New clients are offered a free personal trial session.
