I can honestly say this was a horrible experience. I dropped off several wood furniture items that were damaged by a moving company to Steve at Dinette Factory 4119 Howard Avenue, Kensington, MD 20895-2417 at the beginning of Feb. 2011 and waited several weeks (2-3) with no reply. I called to check on the status of my service and was told by Steve that my wood pieces would be done at the end of the week, I would receive a call when ready. I waited two additional weeks (no call returned). Now the story was that the items were in a warehouse and he was busy on another job and would call me back. (another week went by-no call). I called again - I told him (steve) I was ready to pick up my items he said "Ok I will call you back..I will bring them over from the storage..I'm not going to be there till later this week". I stated I wanted to get my stuff back ASAP and have been ready to pay for the items. (8x No call back's later) I get a call from steve saying I'm ready to take payment for your items... AND the bill is $600 for a half ass glue job, refinishing the top of a scatched surface (I can see exactly where it was scratched). POOR QUALITY SERVICE.... DO NOT FALL VICTIM....HE will hold your stuff hostage and overcharge...Never again... liar

We disagree with the other post and are glad we ignored it! They have the largest selection of bar stools we have seen and Steve was very helpful in assisting us. We ordered 4 stools, they arrived as promised and Steve even stained them to match our cabinets.
