Since 1967, Black Belt Martial Arts Center (BBMAC) has been providing martial arts training in the Kensington area. It offers classes for kids from the ages of 3 to adults. Children learn how to pay attention and develop self-discipline. They are limited to taking 2 classes per week in order to prevent burn out. Adults can take an unlimited number of classes of Muay Thai kickboxing, mixed martial arts, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and yoga. The instructors will work with everyone's individual abilities to determine progress. Some programs offer complimentary trial classes.
