Week Ahead in Weather: Roller Coaster of Temps

Daytime temperatures in Montgomery County will vary widely this week. Be prepared!

There’s going to be quite a spread this week, with daytime temperatures peaking in the 70s early in the week and then shooting up near 100 degrees by Friday.

The National Weather Service (NWS) is forecasting a high temperature in the mid-80s today, with a 50-percent chance of rain and thunderstorms. We can also expect winds to gust as fast as 25 mph at times, so tie down the patio furniture.

Tomorrow’s high is expected to come in just shy of 80 degrees, with clear, sunny skies. Tomorrow night, temperatures should drop to the high 50s.
