Superintendent Starr Will Speak at Einstein Tonight

Starr's "listen and learn" events are aimed to get to know the concerns and character of each school.

Superintendent Joshua Starr is hosting "listen and learn" events at 10 county schools this fall, and he's stopping by tonight.

Starting at 7 p.m., Starr will take questions from parents, students, staff and stakeholders on issues facing Montgomery County Public Schools.

At an earlier , Starr addressed transparency, raises for teachers, standardized testing and capital improvements projects.

Previously, he spoke at length with Patch about his educational philosophy, and he recently to talk about the future of MCPS.
