You have a couple hours to finish The Global Achievement Gap by Tony Wagner. Montgomery County Public Schools Superintendent Joshua Starr will host his third book club tonight at 7 p.m. at Carver Educational Services Center in Rockville. Those who wish to be a part of the studio audience can RSVP to pio@mcpsmd.org.
