Kensington Mayor Appoints Group to Oversee Town Design Guidelines

Fosselman puts together panel to help oversee and plan Kensington's design guidelines associated with future development.

As the recently approved Kensington sector plan gets underway, a group has been appointed to oversee the crafting of the town's design guidelines.

According to the town, Mayor Peter Fosselman appointed an eight-member panel, which will be led by Councilmember Tracey Furman, to provide direction to future development

The members include Glenn Cowan, Jodi Longo, Andie Murtha, George Myers, Eli-Sola-Sole, Anne Marie Turner and Helen Wilkes, and most have experience with urban planning, landscape architecture, engineering or architecture.

“We are fortunate to have talented individuals willing to give their time and intelligence to assist us with developing a framework that will help produce high-quality properties that will fit the fabric of our town,” Fosselman said in a statement.
