Police Report Thefts from Cars, Robberies

Here's the blotter for Feb. 6-14

Montgomery County Police released a recent crime summary for Feb. 6 through 14, which included thefts from cars in Kensington and robberies in White Flint.

  • Feb. 7: Six thefts from vehicles occured overnight south of Kensington, affecting Colchester Road, Colfax Street, Ewell Avenue and Washington Street. All of the cars were unlocked.
  • Feb. 9: There was an attempted robbery at Executive Boulevard and Woodglen Drive in White Flint. The suspect threatened the victim and tried to take property. Police are looking for a black male, around 6'2", with braids and a green puffy coat.
  • Feb. 11: Police are looking for two men in connection with a strong-arm robbery on Flanders Avenue in White Flint. The men, who were wearing masks, assaulted the victim and left with property.
