Scary Perry Is Back for 2011

Perry Avenue will be closed to cars for trick-or-treaters.

An annual Kensington tradition makes its return this year with , a car-free block of treat-of-treating fun.

From 4:30 to 10 p.m. on Monday, Perry Avenue between Lexington and St. Paul streets will be closed off to provide a safe environment for candy-seekers of all ages.

Last year, and hosted haunted houses for trick-or-treaters.
