For little guys like me, our “senior” status really means the prime of life, with lots of years ahead. I enjoy everyone making a fuss over me!

I’m not too crazy about automatic doors or elevators, but if you carry me I’m fine.  You’ll find me alert and curious about everything around me, and I’ll take treats (if I like the flavor) quite politely, thank you very much. So you’ll find me very receptive to training, including tricks. Plus, I get along well with the other small dogs I’ve been kenneled with here at the shelter — a great sign if you already have another small dog. 

I walk nicely on a leash, and besides, I’m just adorable taking a nap in the car on the way to wherever you’re taking me. Home, please! In time for the holidays!
