Butcher's Family-Raised Meat at Kensington Farmer's Market

The West Virginia farmer takes pride in the quality of his products.

Farmer Mark Butcher raises his own beef and chicken at Walnut Hill Farm in West Virginia. Butcher said: “If we don’t produce it, we don’t sell it.”  His meat is USDA inspected.

After he earned his associate degree in agriculture from Potomac State College in Kaiser, WV, he joined his father in raising black angus beef, free range eggs and pasture raised meat chickens. He has been a farmer for 26 years.
