RCPCA First Meeting of the Year!

The first RCPCA ( Rock Creek Palisades Citizens Association ) meeting of 2011.

We will have an officer from Montgomery County police department. This will be a great opportunity to meet other neighbors within the RCPCA neighborhoods.
