Old Town Kensington's Third Thursday Night Out

Kensington chess master Allan Savage will play 3-4 opponents at once. Anyone who wants to challenge him is welcome to play for free. Chess playing will run continuously from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.

Allan is an International Master, Life Master in the United States Chess Federation, and chess author. He recently retired from the federal government and is now devoting full-time to chess teaching and writing.    www.savagechess.com 

Also, many shops and restaurants open.  Holy Redeemer Children's Choir will be singing Christmas Carols above JennyCakes Bakery on Armory Ave starting at 6:30pm.  Gift Certificates available at most shops.
