Inner Loop Reopens After Fatal Crash
Beltway was shut down for three hours this morning.
The Inner Loop of the Beltway was shut down at Connecticut Avenue this morning after a car collided with a tractor trailer, leaving one man dead, WTOP reported.
The crash took place at around 2:15 a.m., according to WTOP, and State Police are yet to release the name of the man killed.
While the Inner Loop has reopened after the crash, it's still short one lane thanks to construction near Georgia Avenue. Be sure to use for updates on crashes and delays.
