Mosaic gets a great deal of well-deserved attention for its waffles for breakfast or brunch, and luncheon waffle sandwiches. However, it is also a peaceful, decadent place to enjoy a fine dinner.
Mosaic's menu is based on French cuisine with inspirations from Belgium (for those waffles, natch), pasta and savory selections from Italy, and American favorites. Their dessert menu is one of the best in Montgomery County, featuring local favorites such as Moorenko's ice cream and a different crème brulée every day.

Mosaic shines when it goes for richness in every food aspect, be it a flourless chocolate cake, pork filet mignon medallions, pasta with sinful lobster sauce or waffle sandwiches stuffed crepe style.
