Puss in Boots

PUSS IN BOOTS -- The British Players present this traditional Holiday pantomime, a theatrical treat which has delighted audiences across the pond for hundreds of years.  Puss, her penniless owner Peter, Queen Fanny and her beautiful daughter, an ogre and 'is 'enchman and assorted other characters give the old fairy tale a few new twists, aided by magical Mother Goose.    Songs, dances, buffoonery, in-jokes, audience participation and a bit of innuendo will delight all.   December 2-18, Kensington Town Hall, 3710 Mitchell St., Kensington, MD 20895.  Evening performances Fridays at 8 p.m., Saturdays at 7 p.m.  Matinees Saturday December 10 and 17 and Sunday December 4, 11 and 18 at 2 p.m.  Tickets $20 for adults, $12 for children under 12.  Further information: www.britishplayers.org or call the box office at 301-875-8544.  Group rates available.
