PHOTOS: Hundreds Turn Out for Labor Day Parade

Floats, families and festivities lined the streets of Kensington for Labor Day.

The rain held out just long enough Monday morning, as hundreds of people lined the streets of Kensington for the 44th Annual Labor Day Parade and Festival.

Politicans, Cub Scouts and firefighters alike paraded through town, and families flocked to vendors and play-pens in Antiques Row.

A light drizzle started not five minutes after the last float crossed Kensington Parkway, sparing the parade-goers a soggy Labor Day.
