A welcoming oasis of comfort and casual sophistication, Executive Chef Pedro Matamoros’s current “cooking adventure” features his artisanal American menu that evolves with the seasons as he gathers from the current harvest creating his signature bold flavors and unusual, harmonious pairings. Specialties include house-made charcuterie, sustainable seafood, as well as fresh, locally sourced produce, meat and game.
