The Universities at Shady Grove’s Spring 2014 Open House Will Showcase Nine Partner Universities, 80 Degree Programs

Prospective students and families are invited to attend the Universities at Shady Grove (USG) Spring 2014 Open House on Saturday, March 8, from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the more than 80 bachelor’s and graduate degree and certificate programs offered at USG. Participants will have the chance to talk with program directors and career counselors about degrees and career paths related to their interests and learn more about USG’s admission process.

Prospective students will also have the chance to join USG Student Ambassadors on a 30 minute walking tour of USG’s “green” campus and state-of-the-art facilities. Select programs will offer fee waivers for those who apply for admission during the event.

Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity to experience USG first-hand through various informational workshops, where they can ask academic counselors about their preferred career path and learn more about how best they can complete their chosen degree program.
