Just Married!

Rachel Phillips and Victor Palmeiro of Kensington were married in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic on June 22, 2013.  Rachel, an MCPS teacher, and Victor, an MD lawyer, were surrounded by 50 close friends and family in an intimate ceremony at the beach gazebo of Hotel Riu Palace Punta Cana.  The couple encourages any travel enthusiasts to visit the beautiful beaches of Punta Cana; they've been there twice and can't wait to return!
