Original story, Sept. 22

Montgomery County police are searching for a homicide suspect after a 37-year-old woman was found dead in her apartment building in Wheaton early Saturday.

At 3:31 a.m. police responded to the 2200 block of Georgian Way in Wheaton for the report of a domestic assault, according to Montgomery County police. The officers found Rocio Nikaury Morcelo, 37, dead in the stairwell of the apartment building where she lived.

Detectives determined that Martire Puente-Fulcar, 31, had a relationship with Morcelo and lived in the apartment with her and three children.  Detectives have obtained an arrest warrant charging him with first-degree murder.

Matire Puente-Fulcar is described as 6′ 1″ tall and weighing 190 pounds.  He has short black hair and was last seen wearing an orange shirt and tan pants.  He may be driving a newer, black Ford Edge with the Maryland temporary tags of T558404.

Anyone coming into contact with Fulcar is asked to call 9-1-1.  Detectives are asking anyone with information regarding Fulcar’s whereabouts to call the Major Crimes Division at 240.773.5070.  Those who wish to remain anonymous may call Crime Solvers of Montgomery County toll-free at 1-866-411-TIPS (8477) or enter a tip online.  Crime Solvers will pay a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information provided to them that leads to an arrest and/or indictment for this felony crime.

Editor's Note: Police initially disclosed the homicide victim's name as Marcello Rocio Nikaury, but later confirmed it as Rocio Nikaury Morcelo with family members. Changes have been made in the original story to reflect this.

A part of me wants to "accidently" trip over the plug causing it to come out the socket. The other half wants to just walk over and yank it out (being bad)
