New Business: MedStar Opens in Hollywood Video Spot

The new urgent care facility in Wheaton sits in the Wheaton Park Shopping Center.

 

A MedStar PromptCare urgent care facility opened its doors Monday in the Wheaton Park Shopping Center on the east side of Georgia Avenue.

The space was previously occupied by Hollywood Video.

Medstar is open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Agreed - this is a valuable addition to the Wheaton area, though hopefully I will never have the need to go there on a moment's notice (vs. making an appointment with my regular doctor).

Where has Shaul's Kosher Deli gone and why? It disappeared from the Kemp Mill Shopping Center, I think this week. Rumor has it a mailbox facility is replacing it.
