Bethesda Row Outdoor Movie Series Wraps Up With 'Dirty Dancing'
Equinox will offer dance workouts before the screening to mark the film's 25th anniversary.
Bethesda Row’s outdoor summer movie series wraps up Tuesday, but you may want to show up early to the screening of '80s classic "Dirty Dancing."
To mark the film’s 25th anniversary, Equinox Fitness Club will host a 15-minute dance warm up on Bethesda Lane beginning at 8:15 p.m.
If you’re in the mood for a longer workout, Equinox also is offering a free hour-long cardio dance class at their Elm Street location from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
The screening of "Dirty Dancing" begins on the lane at dusk, around 8:45.
Moviegoers can also check out “dinner and dancing” menu specials offered by Redwood, featuring watermelon and tomato salad, "dirty" house-made chips and "salsa," and cocktail flavors including lemon "merengue" pie and "I carried a watermelon."
